Participants wishing to make reservations, please complete the Hotel Application Form and send it to Nippon Travel Agency no later than August 7,2009. Reservation will be make on a first come，first - served basis. No Reservation will be confirmed without credit card guarantee or full payment CONFIRMATION and PAYMENT Upon the receipt of the Hotel Application Form, Nippon Travel Agency will send you a Confirmation & Invoice stating the total amount due. Payment is only acceptable by a credit card. All payments must be in Japanese Yen. The total amount will be charged to your credit card prior to the conference.
