Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) has been appointed as the official Travel Agent for the 2010 JAIMA EXPO / SIS 2010．We will make arrangements for the hotel accommodation.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

For the convenience of the participants to the conference, the following accommodation close to the conference site is being offered at special rates. Participants wishing to make reservations, please complete the Hotel Application Form and send it to Nippon Travel Agency no later than August 6, 2010. Reservation will be make on a first come，first - served basis. No Reservation will be confirmed without credit card guarantee or full payment

CONFIRMATION and PAYMENT

Upon the receipt of the Hotel Application Form, Nippon Travel Agency will send you a Confirmation & Invoice stating the total amount due.
Payment is only acceptable by a credit card. All payments must be in Japanese Yen.
The total amount will be charged to your credit card prior to the conference.

Credit Card, Visa, JCB, American Express and Diners Club
Please fill in the Credit Card information on the Application Form for hotel accommodation and return to NTA.

-Your hotel confirmations will be effective upon the receipt of total payment by NTA
-Please send us a copy of both sides of your credit card.
-Total room charge should be paid to NTA. Direct payment to the hotel is not acceptable.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Cancellation of accommodation must be in writing, addressing to Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) Refund is made after deducting the following cancellation charges.

20 to 8 days prior to the per night's stay:	10% of daily room charge (Minimum 1,000)
7 to 1 days prior to the per night's stay :	20% of daily room charge (Minimum 1,000)
On the day or no notice given:	100% of daily room charge
